We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Murshed account directly from the app, or contact us if you need assistance.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once deleted, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed. You will not be able to recover your profile, bookings, or course history.
حذف الحساب نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. بمجرد الحذف، ستتم إزالة حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به بشكل دائم.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
كيفية حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق
Open the Murshed App
افتح تطبيق مُرشد
Make sure you're logged in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile
اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي
Tap the "Profile" tab at the bottom of the screen.
Open Settings
افتح الإعدادات
Tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner of your profile page.
Select Delete Account
اختر حذف الحساب
Scroll down to find "Delete Account" and tap it.
Confirm Deletion
تأكيد الحذف
Read the confirmation dialog and confirm your decision to delete your account permanently.
Data That Will Be Deleted

- ✗Your profile photo and personal information
- ✗Your professional profile (if you are a trainer)
- ✗All uploaded certifications and documents
- ✗Your booking history and course enrollments
- ✗Reviews you have written
- ✗Your notifications and favorites
- ✗Your Firebase Authentication account
Data That May Be Retained

- ℹReviews written about you (anonymized) — for platform integrity
- ℹAggregate statistics (no personal identifiers)
- ℹTransaction records required for legal compliance
Retained data is anonymized — it cannot be linked back to you.
Can't Access the App?

If you cannot access your account or need help with account deletion, contact our support team. We will process your request within 5 business days and delete your data within 30 days.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed immediately when done through the app. Data removal from our servers is completed within 30 days. If you submit a request via support, expect a confirmation response within 5 business days.
